Invited speakers and tutorials organizers will receive appropriate instructions by email for the submission of their documents.
Authors of paper for oral presentation and poster
In order to prepare your submission, please take the following steps to format your document according to our specifications. Please prepare your document using standard LaTeX. If you have any user macros, please include them in your submission. We thank you very much for your cooperation.
- Please download the folowing files: sada.cls class file, the model.tex and model.pdf. Place them in the same directory as your submission. Use \documentclass{sada} to prepare your document.
- To prepare your document, please follow the example given by model.tex. Remark that we have defined a number of theorem objects already. Please use these.
- Compile your file model.tex using a standard LaTeX and make sure that the resulting document doesn't exceed the maximum number of pages requested.
Please don't modify the macros included in the model files, since we will use them later for final document edition.
Sendind your proposal
Please name your files as follows: Author lastname followed by the first letter of its firstname and by abstract or fulltext and the extension .tex. For example, a paper submitted by Amadou Sawadogo will result in files named SAWADOGOAabstract.tex and SAWADOGOAfulltext.tex.
