The proceedings of the conference will be published as a Special Issue of the Journal MATHEMATICS AND COMPUTERS IN SIMULATION (http://www.elsevier.com/locate/matcom/).

• The manuscripts should be submitted as soon as possible and definitely no later than May 15^th 2006.
• Papers in English for the proceedings should have between 10 and 12 pages.
• The article should be written in Latex using Elsevier's document class "elsart". Instructions for authors can be found at the following link (http://www.authors.elsevier.com/getting_published.html?dc=QG3).
• Use the following guidelines to prepare your article.
• The article should have carefully checked by somebody whose native language is English or at least speaking fluently English.
