- February 15, 2005:Deadline for sending the registration forms and the
abstracts.
- March 31, 2005: Deadline for registration, notification and acceptance of the communications.
- April 15, 2005: Sending the program to the registered participants.
INSTRUCTIONS TO THE AUTHORS - PROCEEDINGS
the proceedings of the abstracts of all oral and poster presentations, will be available and distributed to all
participants at the beginning of the conference. The asked format for the authors is detailed in the files below:

LANGUAGE
English and French are the official languages of the conference. No simultaneous translation will be organized.
ACCOMMODATION
The participants will be accommodated in three hotels: Ibis Moussafir, Al Manar and Des Lilas situated in Oujda center with special prices for people attending the meeting. Participants are advised to make their accommodations as soon as possible (no later than April 10th, 2005) by telephone or by sending a Fax to the hotel of their choice.
